The discipline presents the main concepts, stages and strategies in preparing, executing and managing projects.
The students learn how to transform an idea into project proposal: to formulate the main goal (s), to plan the expected outcomes, the project duration and tasks, to form a project team and to define the target groups of the project.
In the course will be discussed the different team roles and their responsibilities in preparing, executing and managing the project.
They will also obtain knowledge and skills to define the main project activities and to make the Gantt diagram for visualizing the implementation of the planned activities within the project duration.
The students will know how to do a project work plan and to calculate the project budget. At the end of the course they will know how to do SWOT analysis for self-evaluation of their project idea.
