| Course content ( maximum 700 characters) | This course offers an introduction the state structure and governance . Part of it are also the main principles of the society development. The students will learn which are the rights of the Bulgarian citizens, how to become Bulgarian citizen, which are their duties. The subject introduces also the different authorities in the state and the influence between them. Special part of the course is about the law - making process and the status of the deputies, the principles of the voting and an election process. There are shown also the institution of the President, Council of Ministers and the Constitutional court. The students will also learn the ground of the local governance and the judicial authority. |
